Especially with snakes, it's the most, you know, misunderstood creature out there. And being in the profession that I am, I often work with the misunderstood.

These animals make me feel motivated. Passion. They are a source of kind of light sometimes at the end of the tunnel when things are rough. You know, I can go into my snake room just about any time to relax, but they also bring on a lot of emotions that are intense as well, right?

During breeding season and trying to get babies established. And they bring me a roller coaster of emotions that always at the end of the day, I can lay my head down and I feel like I'm doing what I've been wanting to do for a while.

Yeah, these animals have given me joy. I mean, they have taught me humbleness.

They have provided me with, you know, the finance side of things, right? They've been able to provide us with extra cushion money.

And at the end of the day, they provide me with a way of connecting to nature when, you know, my day job is staying in an office 8 to 10 hours a day.

Yeah, since I was a kid, I've always loved these animals and I just have not stopped having that passion for them.

And it's this idea, especially with snakes, it's the most, you know, misunderstood creature out there. And being in the profession that I am, I often work with the misunderstood, right?

And so being able to work with these animals and see the love that they can make one feel and really just get to understand the un-understandable or the animals that are hated the most, it's one of those things where it's just phenomenal to get to work with them.

Yeah, I mean, as far as like what I would like to accomplish, I really just feel that I want to be able to just really move towards trying to be known for someone who continues to try to advance their husbandry and do everything I can for the animals and not just for myself.

And I want to be a beacon or kind of a model of being able to really stand out to see that, you know, you can be a breeder, but also keep these animals in a phenomenal way. It doesn't have to be just a box.

And I really want to get to enjoy them as they are in nature. And if I can show people that that can be done, that would be way more meaningful than like world's first or producing $10,000 animals, right?
