Spreading knowledge
Our final real-life docuseries features Bill Stegall of Phoenix Reptiles.
Sharing knowledge is commonplace within the reptile community, and Bill is no exception. His experience of working with green tree pythons has paved the way for many new keepers, fuelling their passion for these amazing snakes.

I think my number one goal, even very early into my experience with green trees, was spreading knowledge and debunking myths about green tree pythons.
The first two things that come to mind are kind of polar opposites. They relax me, you know, when I'm interacting with them, but they excite me at the same time.
They've always been an outlet for me to be able to, no matter what's going on in the real world, to be able to come back here and interact with them and enjoy them and, you know, just a form of getaway. Always thinking about the next level, the next project, you know, what is the future going to hold in these, whether it's a pairing I'm super excited about or just, you know, waiting and anticipating on eggs hatching and then the chance, the ability to start feeding neos. That's one of the things that absolutely I'm so passionate about and really part of this that never gets old. I love establishing and feeding new babies.
I think my number one goal, even very early into my experience with green trees, was spreading knowledge and debunking myths about green tree pythons. You know, I've been doing that and I think, I really feel like the industry or the community is gaining some ground in that because I see more and more people that would have never thought about keeping green trees now getting into them because they're realising they're not really as difficult to take care of as people have made them to be in the past.
So, I think just continuing that trend of introducing green trees to the reptile community in general and providing education knowledge.
